“Physically” speaking ... since they can’t be taken across Israeli checkpoints ... they were, in the past, being smuggled in through the tunnels on the Egypt/Gaza side. I don’t believe the tunnels on the Israeli side were used for that type of smuggling ... but, it’s possible it could come through Israeli tunnels, too.

If you mean, “Where does the money come from to get them?” In the past, it’s been well-known that the funding has been from Iran as the primary sponsor. But Hamas and Iran had a falling out and now Qatar has picked up the money part.

If you mean, “Where do the actual war supplies or arms come from?” ... the answer to that is “absolutely anywhere in the world” wherever there are smugglers and crooks and they want to make money.”

The bottom line here is that you give me the necessary money that I want — and I’ll get you ANYTHING YOU WANT delivered to ANYWHERE YOU WANT ... GUARANTEED!

One last note here ... since the tunnels have been destroyed by Egypt and they are cooperating with Egypt ... Hamas can see that when their current supply of missiles are exhausted, they are IN BIG TROUBLE because they are not now able to get much through. Their stock of about four thousand missiles will be exhausted in time, and then they have nothing to threaten with. That ‘s why Hamas is absolutely desperate to keep this war going and rack up as many civilian deaths as possible, so that they can use that (and the destruction) as leverage by fooling the other nations in the world to get Israel to lift the embargo!

I may be naive ... and that’s much preferable to being called a liar ... :-) ... but even so, I am going along with Israel’s official position, because I understand the position that Israel is in, and I think they have chosen the wisest course of action.

They are caught between a rock and a hard place.

Amd then, my perspective is also influenced by the Bible, which informs me that Israel will be a worldwide burden to all nations and that because of that, the world will eventually turn totally against it.

But even so, with that perspective from the Bible, I still go by current events and news reports regarding the “facts on the ground”!

This is a “problem” that is not going to be solved, no matter what anyone does about it.

The context of that was “from the USA”. I’m not saying that Hamas is not smuggling any arms into Gaza. They are smuggling arms in. You give someone enough money and they’ll be able to smuggle ANYTHING ... ANYWHERE. And Qatar is giving them enough money ... by the fact that they’ve been able to construct and assemble many thousands of rockets in their rocket factories in Gaza.

Of course I meant that in context of the USA ... I said in response to the other poster ...

And you’re right about Sudan ... or anywhere else in the world where there are smugglers and people willing to make money. Stuff will be smuggled, given enough money.

and I think they have chosen the wisest course of action.

Don't you mean the MOST HUMANE course of action ?

They are caught between a rock and a hard place.

More like between a threshing machine and a barbed wire fence.

Yeah, everyone has their idea for a quick and easy solution, but they are mostly just prideful rants.

This problem has been going on for 2000 years, and no one has solved it yet.
