So what is your concept of the world order ? Let Russia take Europe and then what... ? China takes Asia and they both divide Africa ?

That is the best game plan congress has working for themselves. The intent of congress is not to fix problems but instead create more problems. Creates perpetual employment for themselves. The cure/cause and effects of the cure/cause are never studied in any legislation written by congress and if that is not true then one has to wonder are problems written into legislation to continue the perpetual employment for themselves. A problem fixed does not have to be revisited to be re-fixed. Men and Women are flawed. Any legislation written is flawed. But with congress the fix for perpetual employment is to not fix any problem but instead make certain the problem becomes worse. Sorry to rant but these congresscritters always want us to believe they have the answers when actually nobody has the answers, instead everybody has the baseline mind only to create more problems unless legislation is slow and studied and then restudied but congress always moves too quick to understand and read what they have written and then never allows time to comprehend the effects of their written legislation.
It is amazing how little some here remember of the 1980s, when we were so forceful that we actually defeated the Soviets.
Obama will NOT be happy when he gets back. The JCOS are doing this without approval and telling the world that they are doing this so Obama has a much harder time shutting them down.
Also, the military needs to start gaming a war plan against Russia and China because they are likely to move in 2016 or 2017, when we are at our weakest point.
