VIDEO: Rick Perry reveals that Obama threatened governors at recent meeting

Hardly a surprise: During a recent meeting with the nation’s governors, President Obama made clear his top priority, which is to make sure that the governors don’t go talking out of turn or criticizing his policies in any way. Texas Gov. Rick Perry saw no reason to keep this a secret, and as you can see here, he didn’t:

The problem for Obama is that you can’t just go blustering against a bunch of governors when you have little to no political capital of your own to throw around.

Well, he's still got the IRS, the DOJ, the CIA, and the NSA (and the will to use them)...so who needs political capital.

This is exactly why I was so gung ho for Perry in 2012, he’s courageous. You didn’t hear any of the other 49 Governors calling Obama out on his blatant, in-your-face, I-am-your-master comments.

I don’t recall Governor Bryant of Mississippi having anything to say about this. He was probably distracted and too busy trying to push thad over the finish line.

He's an Aggie and a former democrat. He's a HUGE liberal. He's not even close to the conservative that GW Bush was, and Bush was a liberal.
