To him who gives you a blow on one side of the face offer the other side also;
Meaning: turn around and face your accuser face to face. do not allow him to beat you like cattle.
and to him who is robbing you of your outer garment refuse not the under one also
Meaning: take off all your clothes in front of the judge and show your private parts to humiliate the accuser as well as the corrupt court.
Mass disrobing could work to ridicule TSA pervs as well.
That is not what it means. It means do not hide your faith no matter how oppressive they get.
