Obama plays every hand. Then tells his opponent, don't call my bluff. And you are correct, if that is your strategy, your hand does not matter. In fact playing that way without even looking at your cards, will get better results. So I don't think the Gambler had ever meant someone like Obama before in his travels.

On second thought, you are exactly correct. The Gambler would run away from Obama. And that is what everyone in the world is doing. Heck, even the head of Turkey wont take his calls anymore. And many freepers ran away from him over 5 years ago. So apparently the Gambler had run into Obama types.
