US: No Link to Russian Gov't in Plane Downing

Senior U.S. intelligence officials said Tuesday that Russia was responsible for "creating the conditions" that led to the shooting down of Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, but they offered no evidence of direct Russian government involvement.

The intelligence officials were cautious in their assessment, noting that while the Russians have been arming separatists in eastern Ukraine, the U.S. had no direct evidence that the missile used to shoot down the passenger jet came from Russia.

The officials briefed reporters Tuesday under ground rules that their names not be used in discussing intelligence related to last week's air disaster, which killed 298 people.

So who was Strelkov on the phone with in Moscow reporting about the shoot down? Probably his GRU handlers.

You mean the cease-fire that Ukraine offered, and the separatists declined? Right, comrade?

Yes this proves that Obama is trying to frame Putin! He just knows that if he tries to blame this on Putin, then we will all know for sure that OBAMA was behind this! That's why he is pretending like Putin didn't do it!

WHO BENEFITS??!!! We are onto your game Obama!

Believable? Or just the Bamster sucking up to Putin? Showing his flexibility.

Obama's afraid that if he implicates Putin then he'll get chastised for not doing anything about it.

Well, you have to remember this event now is an International event and International Leaders will cover each others butts when push comes to shove, or there are higher stakes in play....and there are.

The average citizen doesn’t like it and neither will the family members who have lost loved ones.....but Politics rules on the stage level these guys are playing on and the stakes very high at the moment.... We are the spectators.

“You mean the cease-fire that Ukraine offered, and the separatists declined? Right, comrade?”

YEs, the one they declined because Kiev was gathering troops, while the Right-sector Kolomoisky militias continued their killing sprees.

How soon you forget. It’s got to be purposeful, right?

This is without question the most evil and corrupt Administration ever to occupy the American Executive Branch.

They believe they are immune from the consequences of their actions.

This remains to be seen.

One thing is clear.

We just gave Ivan a pass, and have perpetrated catastrophic damage to our relationship with our NATO allies.

On the other hand, their is no longer any doubt that the CPUSA is running the White House.

FOX New, Greta’s show, reporter on scene reporting that Kiev is being criticized for beginning attack on Donetsk while investigators are on ground.

What a mess.

...” by supporting the militants with men and weapons, Russia has blood on its hands”.....

With that line of reasoning then the US by supporting Kiev’s militia’s with training men and weapons, the US has blood on it’s hands.

Looks like the theater is back on level playing field. It’s called war...and blood will always flow in such.

So the “ceasefire-that-wasn’t-actually-a-ceasefire” could have been a ceasefire if the separatists hadn’t declined it? (Just trying to understand the Russian mentality).

Perhaps the intelligence community is sending Obama the message that they aren’t going to play ball with the administration’s fixers on this one.

....”On Greta...reporter on scene reporting that Kiev is being criticized for beginning attack on Donetsk while investigators are on ground.”....

Yes Kiev was doing just that, they used this time to do their deeds regardless....and kept the news agencies ‘diverted’ to the site area being left unattended and all the hoarders flocking to the scene. As we now know this wasn’t the case as reported. Kiev simply set the stage.

Ukrainians are a hard and difficult people because of all the trauma of wars and cruelty they’ve gone through under governments who could care less about them..and they know it...and this includes those outside nations who say they are helping but in the end rape the country of it’s wealth and resources, one way or another.

So when it comes to conflicts they’re in you will see the utmost anger and rage in their fighting.....and they will fight nasty to win....and don’t forget that those they are fighting against are just as angry and nasty. ..and they both know it’s going to get real messy.

Have you looked at the size of Donestk....it’s a very small are compared with the entire of Ukraine. But it’s of high value to those fighting to control it as thier own...and also to those who desire to rape.

CIA and others like were mentioned in Russia assessment sent to Obama and other nation leaders. So they may very well have some clout in persuading Obama to back off.....I'm sure they don’t want to get caught with their pants down either. They've been operating in Kiev since before the revolution, and this escalated during and after the coup....both on the ground and in the air.
