Dysfunctional government.
I like the body politic and autoimmune disorder.
Autoimmune disorder is a condition that causes governing agents to attack and destroy healthy body politic.
It is a result of unstable radicals in government.
Though I had not heard it used before I started using it, recently I did a cursory search having heard it mentioned on another talk show a few days ago.
In 2010 Sarah Palin was deemed an autoimmune disease.
BTW if Palin is an "autoimmune disease" it's an ordinary course of nature caused by the disorder of the aged 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus radical, psycho spoiled brats and their ideological litters governing us.
