Around here, the illegals use 5gal spackle pails, load ‘em up, snap the lids back on and leave ‘em along the roads, with gal milk jugs full of urine. This county, and several other, have a decicated road crew and dumptruck dedicated to finding the waste and hauling it to a HazWaste facility for disposal. Buckets are resealed and sent by the truckloads to the county incinerator.
Truckers contribute the filled 1 gal jugs too. Can you imagine driving a 25ton rig at 75 and taking a whiz on these lousy PA roads? They must use tarps for the splatter. LOL.
