If the employer didn't make you pregnant, I don't see why they should have to accommodate you.

The whole of it should be by agreement between employee and employer, not legal fiat

Exactly

Oh, gimme a freaking break. Five minutes of research shows us that Valjar was born in 1956, married in 1983, and had her daughter in 1984 when she was working as a real estate attorney. She was hardly an office monkey or working in a cubicle, and I highly doubt anyone was scrutinizing her bathroom breaks or considering terminating her because she was pregnant.

I believe she has 1 daughter but still that male should get a hero medal for having to procreate with Lizard Woman.

Anyone who works in a US corporation know that this claim by this dictator is nothing less than warm, moist BS.

Pregnant women are treated like royalty in US corporations.

I think it’s discriminatory that it is so often men that pick up the slack for women who go on maternity leave and then complain that they aren’t earning as much as the man, who kept working all along, kept picking up slack left and right, working late hours to get that extra work done...

As being ‘considered past her prime’ so to speak,a pregnancy now might produce more than an unwanted off spring. If she were to have a child as did Sarah...what would the lizard woman do? Every woman should be pregnant once; and every man, too. (technology is grand!)/sarcasm

“In 1983 Jarrett married William Robert Jarrett, son of Chicago Sun-Times reporter Vernon Jarrett. She attributes her switch from a private to a public career to their daughter Laura’s birth and her own desire to do something that would make their daughter proud.[8]
To one reporter’s emailed question about her divorce, she replied, “Married in 1983, separated in 1987, and divorced in 1988. Enough said.”[8] In a Vogue profile, she further explained “We grew up together. We were friends since childhood. In a sense, he was the boy next door. I married without really appreciating how hard divorce would be.”[8]”
