I don’t think there’s any evidence that Putin was deliberately responsible. It seems very doubtful to me. I think this guys is just talking off the top of his head.

‘Ras’Putin is deliberately responsible for the cover-up at the crash sight! He is evil, whether he ordered it shot down or not!
I do believe that a Russian ‘military advisor’ in that part of the Ukraine was directly responsible for downing that airliner. I also believe that Putin was directly responsible for that mobile rocket launcher and rockets to be there in the hands of the Ukraine opposition (they are actually Russians posing as ‘opposition’ in my opinion).
The whole thing may have been a “whoops”” moment, same as our Navy perhaps shooting down flight 800.
In the state I live in if you give a gun to a gang banger and he kills someone you can be charged as an accessory to murder. Please explain his this situation is different.
