Agreed. I lived in Boston for decades and for about two years I had to live in NYC and would commute back to Boston on weekends to take care of personal and family business. I looked forward to taking the Acela back to NYC every Monday and my work on Wall Street just to be among more friendly people than the mean, sour bastards in Boston. Most guys who did the same agreed with me on this. Boston is the most miserable city in the country.

I believe language reveals a lot about a culture. And the Boston accent is the worst in the US. I can listen to any other accent, from anywhere on the globe, but nothing grates on my nerves like Boston whining.

oh, I forgot the head of the administration but that must be because he is robotic in his enunciation. No emo. No heart. No truth. Just hot air. Kind of like listening to a scratched vinyl record.
