The coup government stated they had intent to pass the law. They were actually quoted stating their intent. The fact that the entire situation blew up on them due to that intent, is their problem. Not mine.
The law, which was never enacted, would have repealed an earlier law that made Russian and official language along side Ukrainian. It had nothing to do with banning anyone from speaking Russian. You appear determined to lie the facts.
