Homeland Security authorities gave a pat on the back to themselves for sending home 40 adults and children who were in the country illegally, claiming the deportations prove that the White House means business — that illegals will in fact be shipped to their countries of origin.
“As President Obama, the vice president and [Department of Homeland Security] Secretary [Jeh] Johnson have said, our border is not open to illegal migration, and we will send recent illegal migrants back,” Homeland Security officials said in a statement, Fox News reported.

40 out, 50,000 in.
I thought that it took months or years to deport someone because they need to get their due process? This doesn’t pass the smell test.
Don’t fool yourself. Those 40 headed back to the U.S. as soon as they got off the plane.
They probably stated that they were going to get jobs and vote Republican.
40? More than that die along the way.
As for coming back, those that self deport, because they didn't go thru the deportation process have not been convicted of illegal entry, which is a misdemeanor.
If an illegal gets caught, is convicted of illegal entry, deported, and then tries to come back, gets caught, then it is illegal re-entry, a felony. With the felony, that illegal can never qualify as a legal immigrant.
Illegal entry is a misdemeanor. Illegal re-entry is a felony. Visa overstay is only a civil infraction. Maybe 30% of the illegals in the US didn't sneak into the country. They came in on a temp work visa, but didn't leave when the temp visa expired.

1,200 come in for every 1 who is sent home.
And the male criminals are often deported 3, 4, or 5 times and come right back in, since we still have NO BORDER FENCE along half of the border.
One report I heard said the government chartered a plane to deport the 40. If so, any normal size commercial airliner would have been more than half empty.
Sounds like 40 out of 50000 changed their minds and wanted to go back, and Zero took advantage to claim credit for deportations with their chartered(according to another account) flight back. Would be interesting to see if any actual interviews are done of those few who returned.
40 is the approximate number left to die in Benghazi. The actions of a few reduced the number lost to 4 but 40 or so were left to die.
