If the retired Air Force officer who claimed he was an expert observer didn’t see a handgun when Reeves squeezed past him nor did Oulson or anyone else including Reeves’ wife, I don’t see the premeditation. If anything Reeves’ consternation afterwards is telling.
The AF officer said that it was one fluid motion as if it was already in his hand ready to fire.
It wasn’t in his pants pocket as the old fart claimed and the video makes that clear.

It's telling me he finally got caught bullying and taking advantage of his so-called position, and it's telling me he immediatly realized he'd crossed the line of no return. There is no hope for him with the Lord now but sincere repentance.
As for the courts, anything could happen. I think the erosion of truth by American moral relativist leftists and legal-loophole zealots has so demoralized the American people, that is why we are so avidly arguing this case here on this thread. Usually, constitutional conservatives defend the right of society to uphold a standard of personal responsibility, accountability and decency. Wiggling out of what is at the very least a case of manslaughter by the use of excuses and rationalizations and grasping at straws is not very upright or manly of him or his defense.
