Even some Democrats distrust the IRS. They are still aware that an IRS they can play today, could be played by the GOP tomorrow.
Give this judge some credit. He is setting them up. He wants sworn affidavids from IRS officials, while at the same time he is getting independent proof they ARE available
This judge doesn’t take crap from Anyone. Especially political operatives.

May work out well, if he's friends with the Clinton's and the word seems to be out that Obama would back Warren for Pres. I don't think there's any love lost between Obama and the Clinton's. Well, you get the picture.
