I am a PROUD ally of the LGBTQF (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, and other freaks) community.

I pray for God to guide them back to following His word. I work to oppose laws that promote homosexuality as if it was normal or healthy. I boycott TV/movies with token gay characters added to normalize perversion. I do everything possible to help discourage those with immoral temptations from giving in to those urges. Similarly, I boycott TV/movies in which adultery turns out well and other endorsements of bad behavior. Is there any better way to be an ally than to look out for the best interests of these individuals?

The Word of God is a two-edged sword.

Ephesians 6

“10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:”

Hebrews 4:12

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

Two-edged in that it cuts both ways, it brings those who are chosen towards Christ, and it also reveals those who reject Christ, leaving them without excuse and shining light on their rejection of Christ for all to see.

The Word is never quoted in vain. The hearers will either accept or reject it; either way, God’s will be done.
