What is the SAFE act provision that allows them to seize weapons for a 15 year old misdemeanor?
The SAFE act did elevate some misdemeanors to felonies.
I wonder if that’s what happened?
I wonder how many people registered their guns with a charge in their background that will get the gun confiscated?
