Rick Perry doesn't need any help finding excuses for his inaction. He does that pretty well all by himself.
Texas runs a yearly budget surplus. In 2013 it was 8.8 Billion dollars.
8.8 Billion dollars can pay for a lot of border protection.

I’m just saying what he has done to tell Obama theres a problem..
If Obama has been planning this illegal alien coup d’état since 2010 then he would have ignored any pleas to close the border...
