Reagan Republican Honors Ground Zero Mosque Imam

President Ronald Reagan’s former National Security Advisor Robert McFarlane recently honored Ground Zero mosque imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, tainting his former boss’s legacy in so doing. Making matters worse is that Abubaker Y. Ahmed Al Shingieti, the Vice President of the organization that hosted the event was for years a high ranking henchman in Sudan’s terrorist regime and is today a stealth jihadist who leads a Muslim Brotherhood front group.

Last year, it was reported that McFarlane may have illegally represented the government of Sudan and that the FBI seized documents in a raid of his apartment. One of the things McFarlane was allegedly fighting for was to have Sudan removed from the State Sponsors of Terrorism list.

...

Several weeks ago, Shoebat.com reported on the outrageous decision by Rep. Mike Rogers, Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, to deliver the keynote speech at the event honoring Rauf. The event, sponsored by the International Center for Religion and Diplomacy (ICRD) also listed McFarlane as a special guest.

At the eleventh hour, Rogers made the right choice and backed out. McFarlane did not. He can be seen applauding after Rauf’s speech in this screen shot:

There you go right there. For many DC types, money trumps patriotism.

He only tainted his own legacy.

We need Zero tolerance for Islam and Islamophiles regardless of party.

It amazes me that any Republican would honor any Muslim or go to/host any event that has anything to do with Muslims. I am sure that there would be criticism from the press, but that is an opportunity to explain why Islam is the cult of death and not a true religion.

Such a shame that MacFarlane’s suicide attempt failed.

Nothing amazes me among the political WHORE class. They are whores. They will do anything for money or power. They will whore themselves out to evil if it means a pay day. And they do. The article is a good example of it.

Age seems to do that to Republicans. They start getting “handled” by young whipper-snappers fresh out of Journalism or Communications degrees. They get the jobs based on their “qualifications” rather than their political affiliation, because REPUBLICANS don’t want to be seen as giving “ideological litmus tests” to the people they hire.

I mean, what could EVER go wrong for a Republican that hires a flaming liberal to be a speechwriter or a private pollster?

Unfortunately, I don’t have any solutions to that

It started with Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson and they still haven’t learned.
