Judge Clay Jenkins On His Visit to McAllen, Plans For Immigrant Children
KERA News(NPR affilate) ^ | Rick Holter & Courtney Collins

Posted on 07/04/2014 1:38:39 PM PDT by DallasBiff

Interview Highlights: Clay Jenkins…

…on what he saw in McAllen: “These children are being kept in holding cells, like the drunk tank at your county jail. In cells that are designed for one fourth the number of children that are in the cells. There is no activity, no play area. The children are taking up every inch of the cells with their legs bunched up, sitting on the floor. Some crying, some zoned out. These are children anywhere from the age of below 1 up to 17 years old. I saw babies in need of their diaper being changed and I saw border patrol agents change that diaper and try to console that child.

Really Clay, a 1 year old crossed the border by itself?

How stupid do you think we are?

I knew we were over the tipping point when the US Attorney General declared that the mega bankster criminals were too big to jail/too big to prosecute for outrageous crimes. Until the rule of law is restored, starting with constitutional law, the current national slide into the social and political abyss will continue.

Obama should be in that cell changing diapers. Biden in another. Reid, Chucky Schumer, Moochele, Hillary, Kerry, et al, should all be tending (personally) to the mess THEY created!! Change the damned messy diapers already!!

Judge Jenkins: Why isn’t the mother or whatever caregiver brought the baby across the border changing the diaper? For that matter, why were they let into this country in the first place? Sorry, no sympathy, send them all home. Now.

Right.

Government officials covertly create a crisis.

Media communicates the crisis to the public.

Public screams for government to remedy the crisis.

Government 'remedies' crisis, growing their own wealth and power in the process.

Where have we seen this before?

He is political first and foremost. And he’s still on the bench. That’s how stupid we are in his eyes.

When OI first heard this guy’s name as a “judge” I thought he had ruled in the courts the illegal aliens could go to Dallas...

I didn’t know he was a county or city commissioner (what they are called in TN)

However in TN there would have been a town or county meeting with input from the local residents..

apparently in Dallas they don’t need that input...they can just act like depots...

Commissioners here represent their constituents..don’t they do that in TX ???

Their first loyalty is to the Dallas, TX residents, not to the illegal aliens from Mexico and further south..

They are answerable to the American citizens not the foreigners...

Judge Jenkins reortedly announced three venues to transport the diseased illegals.....to house, feed, med-care and otherwise assist them.

An immediate subpoena should be filed to stop these activiites.

There is nothing in Judge Jenkin's job description that permit him to allocate tax dollars. Judge Jenkins purview is the courts----he is not empowered to tell residents to spend their tax dollars for partently illegal purposes.

well yes while not felonies, public drunkenness and entering the US illegally are both misdemeanors ..

However entering the country illegally is a more serious crime...

if youre going to put an American citizen drunk in jail why would you just let an illegal alien trespasser just run free ???

The most compelling questions: how did so many get here so quickly? Where did their "impoverished elders" get the $8000 cash to transport them here? Did they have "inside info"...did they have guarantees that they'd be riding the US gravy train once they crossed the "border"?....

Illegals Central America trek---they had lotsa help.
