Yep, but she still is covered for those free xrays and maternity care and the insurance company cant decline her coverage due to pre-existing conditions.
Obama said so.
They need to sue the insurance carrier, the state exchange, the DHHS ... Everyone whose filthy hands are involved in this, by name, including those they know will be excluded by the courts. Fruitless, perhaps. But turning up the heat on this monstrosity seems to be all that’s left at this point.
My heart breaks for that poor husband, he must have felt so helpless. Imagine watching someone you love dying and knowing that some computer error is causing it to happen.
The word used is death.
The fact is Negligent Homicide.
The question is.... how high does the negligence rise?
isee the.ACA is working exactly as planned. there is no room in the reich for the weak feeble and sixkly. Sieg Heil
All the way to the most worthless pResident in history.
0bama is lying, and people are dying.
Liberal policies have been consigning people to lives of misery and in many cases killing them, for decades.
This administration is evil beyond belief.
Der Obamaführer and his Demonicratreich are still waiting on the crematoriums they ordered.
This ACA is helping no one. I am a nurse practitioner and I see patients on a daily basis who either a. can’t get signed up for it, or b. can’t afford it. Mostly the latter. MORE people are going without insurance. MORE people make too much for Medicaid (healthcare for illegals) so they just go without ...
We allowed this progressive cabal to do this to us, under the guise that they were going to “help” Americans. The ACA is designed to help only the bureaucrats who administer it ...and nothing more.
He should add Hairy Reid into the lawsuits - since he woulda been instrumental in the bribing of senators to ram this albatross down our throats.
I don’t know. Looks like DeathCare is working just as planned.
Don’t folks know that treating brain tumors is very, very expensive, and if the tumor is malignant, treatment usually merely postpones death, not really curing the cancer?
The five-year survival rate for many malignant primary brain tumors isn’t so hot.
Here, we have an example of DeathCare culling out someone who would have merely cost the system more and more money down the road, while providing a minimum of benefit - perhaps a few additional years of life.
Besides, the woman was already 64 years old! She was more than 90% through the promised three-score-and-ten.
In the long run this sort of treatment program for serious illness has the opportunity to dramatically alter the cost curve for medical care here in the United States.
