There are stories after stories of the same type thing occurring and not just in Obamacare, take a close look at the VA stories, and tell me again about computer errors.
What evidence do you have to support your claim this case was a computer error?
Stories like this one are becoming quite frequent. They cannot all be attributed to "computer error." This is a concerted, well organized effort to deny the sickest among us healthcare so that they die and are no longer a "burden" to the Government or Health Care industry. That's the way I see it until proven otherwise.
