yelling fire in a crowded theater has always been the standard of tyrants bent on restricting expression... the screaming of fire in any place, has its expectation that those listening will behave irrationally, but that is not the case, as intelligent beings will note no presence of heat, smoke or danger...
just an idiot screaming tyrannically.

Add to that a tax(advertising, entertainment, amusement, etc ). Maybe harassment charges also. Public service. Jail time.
Heck, let’s take it to an inquisition level. Hang ‘em, high!

“Does anyone know WHY she likes driving around with a bumper sticker that says Unmarked police car?”
It doesn’t matter. 1st Amendment. It’s obviously a joke that even the dimmest can understand. A moron wouldn’t be confused by it.
“Id like to hear her explanation.”
Really? 4th Amendment says: “That’s nice. She doesn’t have to say a thing to you.”
Welcome to America.

There are probably LEOs out there that think they could get away with doing so.

Who is irony? Is she that Caribbean chick that sang with Stevie Wonder on that Ebony song? Oh no, wait... American Idol ‘13, right? Or was it Dancing with the Stars in ‘11?

So we all have to alter our speech to accommodate “the IQ of the average dimoKKKRAT voter.”
No thanks. I’ll live in a free country.

“An equipment violation for unlawful emergency vehicle markings.”
Because I’ve seen emergency vehicles marked “unmarked police car.” Not.
To be cited for something, you actually have to DO the thing cited.

That's up to the judge.
To: skinndogNN
A bumper sticker that sez “unmarked police car” is oxymoronic. The sticker proves the sticker is false.

I don’t have a dog anymore. He got shot.

here in suburbia - I can see all the wifi networks nearby - one smartass has named his site “Police Van #2” - I wonder if this will earn him a no knock raid, or in the least a visit from deputy dog killer

I bought one of these several years ago at a local department store. Mostly get smiles and chuckles, and no LEO has ever been upset. It's kind of like when someone wears a CAMO t-shirt, and people say "It's not working, I can still see you".
