He has a pen and a phone. I knew he wouldn't accept the SC decision. He's laughing at them and telling them to f-off.

What’s his problem with the ruling? He has been primarily concerned with queers, and they can’t get themselves pregnant.

Why do we have a legislature? Why, again a Supreme Court. I mean, really, why bother?

I just heard on the radio that he had a big LTBG party at the White House tonight.

Obama is doubling down here. The abortifacient mandate wasn't passed by Congress -- Obama bypassed Congress in order to manufacture the mandate. Now Obama wants to work around the Supreme Court, which determined that Obama's mandate violated the Religious Freedom Restoration Act when he created the abortifacient mandate.
Can't wait until we get a Republican in the White House and the press starts to care about Separation of Powers again.

What could he possibly be thinking of, some way to offer those poor deprived Hobby Lobby workers an ultra sweet deal on the Plan B pills at taxpayer expense? Without, of course, any law being passed by Congress for it... maybe he doesn’t NEED one. There is enough Calvinball within the Pea Packer Act to do it.

Hope the new President laughs at them for how predictably banal they are.

He declared the Defense of Marriage Act null and void. He will do the same with the Hobby Lobby decision.

Obama could always borrow some of the Supreme Courts authority to do what he wants to do anyway.

Wonder when Obama will apologize for blocking Pres Bush’s political agenda after all Pres Bush won the election and should have been able to enact all his policies...

Why would Obama want to overturn Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby? It's the law of the land. If Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby can be overturned, can't Obamacare be repealed?

I’m beginning to wonder if this all hasn’t been a ruse. SC makes a ruling wildly unpopular with the Low Info crowd, since they’ve been led to believe it applies to reducing access to ALL birth control. While they are riled up, he promises to FIX IT with a pen and a phone. He’s their hero! “Thank goodness for caring President Obama!” Once again he negates the separation of powers. And the libs have another War on Women sign to carry in the 2016 election. The media has deliberately, over and over, said this was about contraception. It’s not.
To: chessplayer
Maybe he should get a vasectomy.
I am so tired of this damn sh!t.
IT IS NO ONE’S RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE’S FRICKIN’ BIRTH CONTROL.
Piss off, Barry.
