We haven't discussed Venezuela lately. Seems all our attention is on illegal aliens, Obummer's corruption and the middle east. But, after Hugo Chivez's death, all still is not well in Venezuela. There is is much rioting.

Did they get the lights back on?
We’re watching a country in it’s death throws. Unfettered totalatarian socialism/communism.
Chavez croaked? I guess I missed it.
Meet the new boss.
Same as the old boss....................

I have a good Venezuelan friend who is leaving today for Merida to visit her parents there. I’m praying for her safety!
Half the country is hooked on the the marxist/socialist Cuban model. The other half is sick of the leftist pukes. Somethings gotta give.
Is Argentina much different?
Not many countries in South America are not on the same road built by Chavez
I’m sure something will! The non-commie half will leave for the US adding to the immigration disaster. Within one generation they’ll be screaming Si se puede and demanding free phones and housing and gasoline.
Obamugabe will be loading a lot of them on the Mexican trains soon so they can come here and riot.
I don't agree. I've worked with people who have left Cuba and Venezuela for the opportunities in the US. To those that were willing to give up home and family for work tend to understand how damaging socialists actually are. I suspect they take freedom far more seriously than the typical of those who have always had it.
That’s good news, I hope your correct. Only time will tell.
Sean Penn and Joe Kennedy to the rescue!
