A BARMY hate preacher has a “Hitler-like” vision of a British Islamic state where Christians have to shave their heads and ride donkeys.
Bearded Abu Waleed, 35, who is linked to “brainwashing” three Brits fighting in Iraq and Syria, ranted that only Muslims should be allowed to walk along the the country’s pavements.
People of other faiths would have to walk in the middle of the road, dodging traffic, wearing odd shoes and with red belts round their necks.
Waleed added that Christians would be allowed to keep their churches but he said they would not be permitted to ring the bells.
The preacher from banned group Need4khilafah was spotted at a barbecue in Cardiff where militants waved the banner of the militant group Isis. Reyaad Khan, Nasser Muthana, both 20, and Muthana’s 17-year-old brother Aseel were seen handing out leaflets for a group linked to Waleed outside a mosque in the city.
The trio recently appeared in an Isis recruitment video. In the most recent film, Waleed ranted: “The kaffir [non-believer], when he walks down the street, he has to wear a red belt around his neck, and he has to have his forehead shaved, and he has to wear two shoes that are different from one another.
“He is not allowed to walk on the pavement, he has to walk in the middle of the road, and ride a mule. The kuffar can have their churches, but they are not allowed to ring the bell, that is, my dear brothers, the Islamic state.”
The videos were unearthed by the Middle East Media Research Institute, an anti-extremism group.
Waleed’s mother, Nasreen, 57, said: “My son was brainwashed by [radical cleric] Omar Bakri Mohammed. He attended talks. I am glad that man isn’t allowed back in the country.”
Footage has also emerged of Waleed claiming that when Britain adopts Sharia law, a Christian must let a Muslim sleep in his bed.

The Lib Dem peer said: “The words used are inflammatory, discriminatory, offensive and ludicrous. The suggestion that a Christian should have his hair shaved and wear a red belt around his neck reminds me of the very worst views and actions of Adolf Hitler.”
Inayat Bunglawala, of Muslims4UK, added: “These discriminatory and reprehensible views have no place in Islamic political thought. Those espousing such bigoted views have no understanding or appreciation for the notions of equality, tolerance and respect.
“These small extremist groups are a disgrace and are rightly shunned by the overwhelming majority of Muslims.” Waleed could not be contacted.
