Gateway Pundit ^ | 6/26/14 | Jim Hoft

The Chris McDaniel campaign has identified multiple Mississippi counties in which enough improper ballots have been cast that a legal challenge to the outcome of the election is warranted.

-- Has anyone verified that its illegal to vote in the runoff of a primary when the voter voted in the other primary? --

Yes. Post 247

-- If so, then its a slam dunk for any Democrat who voted Tuesday. --

Only the ones who voted in the DEM primary on June 3, then the GOP primary/runoff on June 24.

-- In a perfect world... everyone in mississippi who voted illegally would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. --

Yes. Or least the minimum amount! Should not let any of them off without a penalty. Post 201 in some thread here sets out the law and the penalty.

... on conviction, shall be fined not exceeding two hundred dollars, or be imprisoned in the county jail not more than six months, or both.

The GOP must be totally replaced as it is the democrat light party and it is impossible to change a corrupt thing into a clean thing again.
I have seriously considered sitting out this election knowing that the results are fixed and nobody in the gov will do anything to make it better, for the first time since I started voting. It is time for the third party or die.

I'm going to contribute to and support the best Conservative candidates in any way I can. Ted Cruz has my vote, and I will go all out & support this man. I find it wise to listen to the opinions of knowledgeable Conservative talk show hosts such as Mark Levin and Rush Limbaugh as it applies to sitting out an election, rather than voting, or whatever they think the best strategy would be to deal with the vote. I will not vote Republican again...it will be the Conservatives that I will fully support.

I want to make my vote count, and I need to learn what the best moves would be to deal with the TWO enemies we have in this country, the demo/socialists/communists/marxists/muzzie collaborator in our White House, AND the GOP-e. We have to think and act smartly, and not give ourselves over to drama or the thought that “all is lost..we are sooo screwed!” Or become disillusioned that voting fraud is rampant and the fix is always in. We don't know what the future holds, we don't know when or how the tide will turn in our favor, and it will, eventually, but we must keep an open mind and be willing to put aside our electronic toys, our occupation with trivial pursuits, with the exception of our responsibilities to our families and our work, and devote our time to winning this war..it's going to be a full time job, and we have to throw ourselves into it fully. We are the Band of Brothers in this war of our lives. We either fight like hell and win, or we lose this country and all we hold dear.

this invalidates the run-off election, second, it is going to cost the state of Mississippi money to punch the reset and do-over button and make it right...

Agreed, but I don't have much confidence that justice will prevail at the government level in this case. I have greater confidence that we the people will levy the right and proper justice upon the establishment GOP for their crime.

Ok, I can see that...

But...

If Cochran is the GOP guy on that ballot, again...What will the voters do???

- vote him back into office for another 6 years???

- underwrite the vote and give the dem a chance to steal that seat...For 6 years???

- stay home, and let the dem snake the seat for 6 years???

- or just vote for the dem, just to make the GOP look bad, for 6 years???

If one of these comes to fruition, I do not see this boding well for Mississippi, and the country as a whole...

We can't predict what the voters of Mississippi will do if worse comes to worse. We only know what they should do - and that is, RESIST with every means possible.

Truth is, sadly, that based on the RCP poll just released, Thad Cochran will slaughter the Democrat, Childers in November. And....the not-too-bright NAACP, as always made fools out of themselves by demanding that Cochran vote as they tell him to. Fact: both Cochran & the Republican Establishment used the the Democrat low life leadership to funnel Black votes to Cochran. Now....that Cochran has the race locked up, he will act as if the African-Americans in Mississippi do not exist.

If one had thought this game out....the African-Americans would have cast their ballots for Chris McDaniel and then....they would have made political progress. As it now stands, they gained absolutely nothing...but being used again by their economic Obamabot slaveholders once again. African-Americans....fully adrift-at-sea in Mississippi!!! Fools!!! African-Americans in Ole Miss have screwed themselves again!!! No Obama “hope & change” will be forthcoming....ever!!!

McDaniels....keep up your quest to undo this absolute political scam, brought forth by the criminal, Republican establishment, and keep all ur other political options open!!!

That’s the thing then, right??? Resistance at theis point is moot...Cochran is going to beat the snot out of the dem in November, and then y’all are stuck for 6 more years of establishment, “HOW DARE YOU QUESTION MY AUTHORITY!!!”, it is already set now...The resistance is already been classified by all parties involved as a bunch of sour grape activists who didn’t win the primary...

If there are other means of trying to get a judicial review of that race, and review the voting roles, to establish, much less get a judge to grant an injunction on the results...Then hey, I’d be working 24/7/365 to get that done...Otherwise the more downtime this gets, the more set the results will be, and not a lot of people who would be in a position to actually put a “timeout” on this is running out...

Cochran’s folks are going to drag their asses on this, because the more that happens, the less likely either the results will be invalidated, and another election will be conducted in that political subdivision (state), or a closely scrutinized recount will be conducted to allow for an agreed result by both factions...

And you know it has t be completed by mid-to-late October, for the ballot in November to be made official...Depending upon when early voting starts...

Not really. Depends upon the degree of resistance. I think it's pretty obvious that the conservative, patriotic right isn't mustering the degree of resistance necessary to turn back the tyranny that besets us.

As I've said before, the reason for that, is that the pain threshold for effective levels of resistance hasn't been met yet. It's going to have to hurt a lot worse before decent Americans stand up and do what they have to, to stop the madness.

You know, I think if we ever sat down face to face, our conversation would be extremely unfettered, and right on point...We’d be on the same page...

I agree, the level of resistance environment they really want to create has not yet been reached...Where we, on our side of the equation, might not want that to occur, we are being corralled into this by an agenda that wants very much to justify its destructive agenda (and its “continued” existence) and unstable future...

The powers at be want to be able to come in and absolutely squash our resistance very quickly by setting all this unstable social and economic environment up from the get go...

We are at the precipice...So close...

And in the end, really, no one wins...

No doubt about it, but I honestly believe they (and most of us) have wildly underestimated the true level of force and power possessed by the people. I perceive it to be something like a magma chamber under pressure -- just looking for a fissure or crack to burst forth.

I've said for years that 'the powers that be' are playing with fire, and that they're going to regret pushing the American people over the precipice. Once they ignite the prairie fire of our righteous fury, there's no power on earth that will be able to contain it.

In the meantime, no, the pain threshold that will trigger that fire, has not been reached. They sure are pumping the bellows though, aren't they?
