The Chris McDaniel campaign has identified multiple Mississippi counties in which enough improper ballots have been cast that a legal challenge to the outcome of the election is warranted.

And what does that say about the clerks? Are they blind? Why certify that obvious CRIME?

-- Why would a Democratic Party poll book even have a 06/24/2014 column? --

Because printing the page that way, before the primary, covers the contingency of a runoff. If there is not runoff, no sweat. If there IS a runoff, the page can be used to make sure nobody casts an invalid vote. Obviously, that use was not maintained for three voters shown on this sheet ;-)

Based on that image it appears that

James Earl Hayes, 126 Sewanee Dr, Jackson

Sandra B Haynes, 302 Galvez St, Jackson

Pearline Herron, 114 Sanford St, Jackson all voted illegally.

In some states, voters don’t register by party. They just register, and they can choose party affiliation on the day of the election.

Right. And the choice that is made that day is recorded and is to be preserved. That is how the Beat Lamar campaign has identified who has voted in previous Rep primaries.

I believe I heard on Rush's show today that there was, or possibly was a democratic strategist hired by the GOP-e to engineer the take down of McDaniel, but as Rush said, his identity isn't known.

If this is true, the GOP-e AND socialist/communist/marxist/muzzie collaborator obozo are the ENEMIES of We the People. This vile move on the part of GOP-e tells me loud and clear that they cannot be trusted, they want to hold on to their power/money and will play ball with demo-commies/socialists/marxists/ to screw the Conservatives..they've gone over to the dark side. We must turn our backs on GOP-e and devote our time, money, support to deserving Conservative candidates to win elections. The GOP-e is dead to those who believe in doing the right thing, our Constitution, liberty and freedom. they are traitors..time to flush em’ down the toilet.

Why would a Democratic Party poll book even have a 06/24/2014 column? They didn't have any election going on then.

Because that was the date of their run-off, if there were to be one, as well. It is on the same date, just as the primary is on the same date for all parties.

From the article,,and may have already been posted:

“The problem is the Hinds County Republican Party in my opinion is dragging its feet in allowing access to “all” the voter information in a timely fashion to complete the audit.
It appears they are trying to run the clock out and certify the election results on Monday of next week preventing Chris McDaniel from completing an audit of the vote.
Please call the GOP at 6019485191 fax 6013540972 email info@msgop.org ask that they have an impartial member of the Hinds County Republican Committee oversee the audit, certification instead of the present county chairman”

Unless there was a Democratic runoff on June 24, and they voted in it. Was there?

It has a photograph SHOWING voter fraud, where they voted int he rat primary then voted AGAIN!

The photo clearly displays ineligible voting.

But, to be the skunk at the picnic, the ineligible vote was cast in favor of...who?

There is absolutely no way to determine which candidate got the benefit of the ineligible votes. It seems a safe assumption that it was Cochrane -- but that falls far short of admissible evidence.

This thread provided proof there was election fraud.
Why are you in such a hurry to certify the vote?
Let McDaniel do an audit so we know the results were legal.
Why is that too much for you?

Thanks for explaining it Shelayne. The shills have arrived to pump their fists for Thad, but we see right through them. FRAUD!

-- If a democrat voted in a republican run-off after voting democrat in the primary....wouldn't most of their run-off votes be for Thad? --

I think all of them would be. But, judges are quirky and if there isn't hard, black and white proof in triplicate, they are apt to say there is insufficient evidence to make a decision. However, if 15,000 ballots are invalid, and the margin of victory is 5,000, then the outcome of the election contest is under a cloud. The GOP would have to pony up some really big biucks to buy off a judge, at some level of questionable ballot.

I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that the were ignorant that it was illegal,

but, ignorance of the law is no excuse.

Can you imagine the uproar if black people are actually prosecuted for this? You know that the race mongers would be all over it, saying that these people were arrested for voting, just like the “old south”.

Well, yeah, you can't blame low information voters not knowing that you can't vote in both, but shouldn't the poll workers know?

I'll go on record now and say that nothing at all will come of this. There will be a lot of pissing and moaning, but what can be done? What remedy to systemic voter fraud is there? Even though you know how these people voted, you can't just subtract their votes from the results. Is there a provision under the law to have yet another run off? I seriously doubt it, because the establishment always protects its own.

As long as those were not provisional ballots held to the side, and identifiable as to which goes with what voter, there is nothing that can be done.

I don't see how anyone can think otherwise.

3 of 4 votes on that page are illegal. 75%. Hope McD is in court getting whatever TRO’s he can.

I think if fraud can be shown, in an adequate quantity, the vote will be in enough question to call for a second runoff, regardless of who was voted for.

“...The voter roll lists all registered voters, not by party.”
**********************************************************************
True, but (I’m doing an educated guess here) there were likely TWO versions of those lists in each precinct. Registered voters in the June 3rd PRIMARY who asked for a Democrat ballot were marked in the Democrat header version of the roll and those given Republican ballots were marked in the Republican header version. The Democrat header and the Republican header books each had the identical list of registered voters in that precinct

That way you could see which ballot (Democrat or Republican) version each voter was issued int the primary.

There was no DEM runoff. The primary results produced a winner with 74% of the votes.
