The mission of these partisans was to simply aid Democrats and hurt Republicans. During the Bush years these hacks were responsible for leaking classified files to embarrass the Administration. Once Lois Lerner's full story is told I believe her felonious sabotage will have its genesis with the Clinton's’.

Not at all. Criminal behavior is... well, criminal. Elected or appointed officials are not immune. No one in government is immune.
If he is impeached and convicted, jail time is in his future.

I hope there is no statute of limitation for criminal actions in any branch of government. If there is I hope it is changed, now that we know some parties have the b***s to think, what are they gonna do to me if I ignore the law? I AM the law.

As Bobby Jindal said this week people are near revolt against Washington. Yes, the core offenders are Obama and Holder. But Congress (both houses) is complicit and equally guilty. Worst of all the senate endorses and benefits from the Obama corruption.
The voters accurately see what is happening and know Jindal is right on target. They await the chance to see Holder punished for his years of political crimes.

So, only the DOJ can prosecute people who break federal law? A local cops sees a person breaking a federal law and can arrest him but the local DA can’t prosecute?
Impeach Holder and the head of the IRS.
Impeached only means they did or didn’t do something that calls for their removal from office. It doesn’t mean they committed a crime punishable by jail time.
I would guess he hopes to resign before being forced to act. He said he was leaving but I don’remember the projected date
