I don’t know the law there. I’m just telling you what the Barbour camp is telling the public and press: MS sore loser laws prevent McDaniel from a write-in campaign. Is the Barbour camp lying? I dunno.
Doesn’t matter what the law says. Just pay off the right judge and election laws can be ignored. It worked in New Jersey.
