Chaffetz does good. Gets Koskinen to admit that some of Lerner’s emails backed up on ‘disaster recovery’ tape but that it was too difficult and costly to isolate Lerner’s emails.

Chaffitz. First responder, Inspector General, did not know Lerner emails disappeared, computer hardrive destroyed. IG asked twice for ALL emails and one subpoena for ALL Lerner emails.
