Koskinen started stammering when he was asked who told him. Of course he knows. He can remember it is page 5 of the a 7 page report, but he can’t remember the name of the person he is dealing with on this investigation within his own organization. The 200 people working on it must have a point man or at worst, several people who deal with it. They should ask him the names of the supervisors who report to him on the issue.

Tells no one. Discreetly tucks this revelation into Page 5 of 7, two months later, to congress.
Splendid to get by with this deriliction and obstruction of an investigation.
This goes no where without a special prosecutor.
