China? Or America?
China is a manufacturing giant. Second only to America, and rapidly advancing toward the lead.
We run a (massive) budget deficit. We are currently something like 17.5 trillion in debt, and that is rapidly growing.
We import so much, much of it from China. We import something like 440 billion from China in a year, yet we only export something like 122 billion back to China.
So every single year, we ship what, 318 billion more dollars to China.
And neither party, says a single word.
The USA. It kind of comes back to bite us in the rear if we are too gluttonous of foreign product.
