The “captured” terrorist was in on the deal BEFORE he was “caught”, and agreed to be a “witness for the defense”, probably in exchange for a much lighter sentence, or even a complete amnesty and pardon for any crimes that may have resulted in the deaths of the four Americans at Benghazi.
