I will tolerate a drone in a public area, as long as it exhibits no aggressive actions or does not pose a threat to me or my family.

But if I see a drone over my property, whether it is aggressive or irregardless of who it belongs to, I will take it out.

Period.

Consequences be damned.

I have tolerated a lot crap out of this current government.

I am out of tolerance.

FUBO.

Agree completely, and the law supports us.
The common law ad coleum doctrine says that homeowners own the airspace above the land itself, as well as the land and what lies beneath.
If a drone loiters over my property—that’s too much like the book 1984, and the drone must die.

"Years of research and development have gone into these highly effective 12 gauge shells that can turn even Joe Biden’s double barrel shotgun into an instant anti-aircraft platform. Specially formulated propellant is capable of launching 9 pellets of depleted uranium rounds up to 1 km straight up into the air. With accurate shot placement, this armor piercing buckshot will disable vital systems on modern military drones. At minimum, the force of impact will disable navigation systems, but in over 60% of our field tests, the drones were incapable of remaining airborne after contact with our Anti-Drone Loads."
