This needs to be upgraded to a criminal investigation.
They need to get everyone involved in this to testify under oath as to what happened. They need to get an outside firm to investigate the emails and how they disappeared. Even if emails are erased there is usually a record that can be obtained.
Does that now mean we should start an investigation of the investigation of the investigation?
Lerner needs to be arrested and jailed for contempt.
