Members of Congress on Monday learned they were not among the top 90 people to be told of the deal President Obama cut with terrorists for the release of five top Taliban commanders at Guantanamo Bay in exchange for a U.S. soldier. [SNIP]
Obamas decision to trade five battle-hardened Taliban commanders, directly responsible for the deaths of thousands, for deserter-collaborator Bowe Bergdahl was unanimously rejected by both houses of Congress, including the Democrat-controlled Senate, when the proposal was brought to Congress in 2011 and 2013.
Farah pointed out that after that rejection, administration officials publicly and repeatedly vowed to return to Congress before taking any final action.
In other words, he wrote, not only was this an egregiously bad decision to yield to terrorist demands, thus providing incentives for future kidnappings of Americans, but it was yet another example of Obama deliberately defying the will of Congress and the rule of law something his administration has been brazenly saying it will do more frequently.

ILLEGAL __ IMPEACHABLE! GET THIS SORRY BASTARD GONE!!
Sorry, not gonna happen because the wimps in the House have no guts, no spine and no balls.
So, who “were” the democrat pollsters who WERE told about the prisoner swap?
I want to see the names of the 90. All these people thought it was a swell idea to trade 5 terrorists for a deserter.
Yet they have a job, free health insurance, free postal privileges, tons of bribes, and all kinds of perverted sex.
Everybody is afraid that Impeaching the President will cause his marginal followers to be more sympatric toward him and the democrats. Not to mention the riots that would happen because of Obama’s sons and Holder’s people.
These 90 people are guilty of a conspiracy involving assisting the enemy. It’s called Treason.
sympatric = sympathetic
Republicans are afraid that impeaching Obama will cause his treason supporting followers to rally, therefore treason is ok.
Any politician that lacks the integrity to impeach a treasonous president is UNFIT for office.
The U.S. has NEVER had a treasonous president. Congress MUST fulfill their OBLIGATION to their OATH.
Generally an optimist ... to this I say ... ain't going to happen. Sad, so sad.
Stay on the sidelines and keep quiet then.
Hell, all of them. They actually matter in this because they might do something about it. Congress doesn't because it won't.
Obviously by voicing my opinion I’m not staying on the sidelines. Congress has yet to show that they have any balls and I doubt they will until we get a group of newly elected congress critters that are willing to do something.
Rather than “can’t do” how about work to make it happen? Or is that too much?
You have no clue who I am or what I do. I work hard for the Republican party, I work hard for all conservative causes. I’m an optimist by nature and at the same time a realists. I know that our present congress doesn’t have the gonads to save our beloved America and therefore needs to be revamped and stocked with true conservatives.
You have no clue who I am or what I do.
Don’t be beaten before you start. You can’t win if you don’t fight. Now go out there and kick asz!
