They’re trying to go for some damage control now. I heard on the news that he’s in Germany and only talking to military personnel. Hasn’t even talked to his parents yet. Probably won’t let him talk to anyone until he can lie convincingly.
He is sitting in that truck trying not to cry, then wipes away a tear and the Taliban terrorists pats his arm.
He knows he has to come home and face the music.
