It's a big population district, but not a big Republican population district. With barely 9,000 votes with 76% reporting, they can't plausibly make up the difference with 24% left. Even of the 24%, 1/3 is going McDaniel.

Hinds is where the cheating of last resort will happen.
There is no excuse to only report 2% more in an hour unless
major cheating is under way.
