Marine Le Pen puts Laura Kuenssberg from BBC Newsnight in her box. The typically agenda riven bias was well in evidence here when Kuenssberg tried to get Le Pen to say that UKIP and the FN were fellow travellers. I found Ms Le Pen very adept at keeping control of the interview in not allowing herself to be pigeon holed by this BBC lackey. I admired the way that she admonished Kuenssberg for being more interested in her own questions rather than Ms Le Pens answers, a typical BBC Journalist problem unless they are interviewing someone from the left, the Guardian worshipping Shites.
With the upcoming Euro election, the British media is desperately trying to bring down Farage by linking him to people like Marine Le Pen.
I had never seen an interview with this woman, but she impressed me. BBC shot themselves in the foot?
And, is Farage taking the right approach?

I think Nigel, and the success of the UKIP, will have impact on politics in this country, as well. Hopefully it will inspire a sea change in the political landscape here, as has happened in Britain.

The BNP, British National Party and the split from it, the British National Front party, are associated with the French National Front. UKIP is a Civic Nationalist party. FFN, BFN and BNP are blood and soil nationalists. UKIP is a free market party, the others are dirigist.

Those BBC hacks are truly despicable with all their “gatcha” questions, but LePen did a great job of putting her in her place.

The media and the major political parties in the UK are throwing the excrement into the fans hoping some of it will knock UKIP down from its perch leading the opinion polls for the EU Parliament elections next Thursday.
If UKIP wins as predicted, the whole apple cart of the political and business elite in the UK may end up being overturned.
The notion that not voting for the UK version of the GOP (Conservative) would lead to a Labour Party win would be discredited and this could be a harbinger of future UKIP success in next year’s General Election.
There was an article a few weeks ago that alleged Le Pen is more comfortable with the Iranians than with Americans.
Confusing stuff.
