I do not care for Magic Johnson and if the story is true, he is a bit of a heel, but it is his jet and he can hire or fire who he wants I would think.

So then...that begs the questions "how is that different than Sterlings situation? It is HIS team right? He should be able to hire and fire who he wants."

Thanks for trying to understand part of the point I was trying to make.

So many here have failed to look beyond the surface of the facts and dig even an inch or two deeper....

To a certain extent. The Sterling issue had to do with some trumped up legal minutiae that left consequences in the hands of the Commissioner. One could say that the other owners, could demand that Sterling sell his share but he does not have to . The Magic Johnson situation was just the actions of a bore, who owns the jet and hires the waitresses.
