Plan calls for 'gender team' to collect data on abuses

Culturally embedded mistreatment of women and girls has earned Pakistan a reputation as one of the world’s worst nations in which to be female.

The Obama administration, however, is setting out to reverse that cultural phenomenon, courtesy of U.S. taxpayers.

Indeed, the administration is deploying a team of experts to “travel extensively” throughout Pakistan to assess existing U.S. efforts to reverse “gender disparity” and to collect data about ongoing gender-related abuses and discrimination.

The gender team likewise will propose steps for future U.S.-funded actions.

This U.S. Agency for International Development endeavor comes at a time when human rights activists – including some Muslims themselves – have come under fire for speaking out against the pervasive mistreatment of women across the Islamic world.

The Coward-in-Chief could have spoken up for Egyptian women and all Mohammedan women in Cairo but instead he pandered to their oppressors.

I can’t believe how totally naive the WH admin including Obama is about them not understanding the Koran & the cultural understanding that it trumps anything from man, particularly non-Islamic country like the USA. Suddenly, they are going to reteach women need to be respected?? These yahoo’s need to read the Koran!

A front organization to funnel money and arms to Islamic Jihadi-Boyz. It's stated goal makes it immune to oversight.

Benghazi Bank and Trust Weapons Depot went belly up. This is the replacement.

They are not stupid. Islam encourages deception against non-believers. Does anyone know of anyone who is more deceptive than Obama and Jarrett?

This is obviously a plan to channel more money to the Muslim terrorists.

They know damned well how Muslims treat women. But that will be the last thing on earth that this “study” will discover.

A liberal acquaintance of mine responded to my article with these words: “Oh yeah? Well, look how much Bush and his cronies wasted in Iraq!” Ah, yes; liberal logic. Bush wasted more in Iraq, so reporting on an admittedly smaller waste of taxpayer dollars therefore is not worthy of being reported to concerned taxpayers. Hmm.

Yup, finger point & “since they did it - we can” (moral equivalency) logic!
