To win the Senate, Republicans must win North Carolina. While its mathematically possible to take the Senate without ousting Democratic senator Kay Hagan, the chances of that happening are close to zero. For Republicans, North Carolina is necessary. Its the key to control of the Senate.
Obama Hagan
Its number six on my list. That is, there are five states where capturing Democratic seats appears more likelyWest Virginia, South Dakota, Montana, Louisiana, Arkansas. Then comes North Carolina. Assuming Republicans dont lose any of their own seats, those six pickups would give Republicans a 51-49 majority. And with it, the political equation in Washington would change. Republicans would be on offense, President Obama and Harry Reid on defense.
But winning in North Carolina is no cinch for Republicans. Two facts stand out. One, Hagan is extremely vulnerable. Shes a Reid follower who voted for Obamacare and most of the presidents agenda.
My experience says that Louisiana is a not a likely win. Landrieu always looks vulnerable and she always ends up squeaking to a win.
Hagan will lose NC.
She rode in on O’asshat’s coattails in 2008 and this state is doing remarkably better with a Governor and Congress both leaning conservative.
Obamacare is a disaster and she voted for it.
If the Republicans take over the Senate, I pray that one of the squishy Senators doesn’t decide to switch to Dem. They are truly desperate to hold their power.
The Democrats are now openly the party of anti-God, anti-RKBA, sodomy, communism, and abortion on demand. That it is so hard to dislodge them and easily take over the Senate speaks of how ill our society now it.
I believe it is terminally ill.
GOP will never get the Dead vote, which may decide the Senate.
Tillis has the backing of whats known by its critics as the Republican establishment. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the National Rifle Association, National Right to Life, and the super-PAC American Crossroads are backing him. The Chamber and Crossroads are running TV ads. An implicit threat comes with funding by the establishment, that it will dry up if Tillis isnt the nominee.
Here's the guy we want: Brannon, 53, has issues, not all of them libertarian ones. Hes been endorsed by GOP senators Mike Lee of Utah and Rand Paul of Kentucky.
Anything might be better than Hagan, though, I suppose, but Tillis' supporters don't engender confidence.
Yeah, and we’re going to beat Hagan! Go Brannon: http://gregbrannon.com/

Obama won NC by a slim margin in 2008, so just keep the dead from voting and the Republicans should win!
Kay Hagan....former Senator from NC!
All empty rental units in NC are going to be leased month to month by transplants be flown, bussed or otherwise transported in from northern cities, courtesy DNC. I hope some Republican realtors will be able to catch it as it happens, it almost worked in 2012.
The Weekly Standard is promoting RINO challengers to Arizona’s AG and Walter Jones.
http://www.weeklystandard.com/articles/resistance_782747.html
“And heres a quote from Mark Brnovichs campaign video in Arizona: Arizonans deserve an attorney general who understands the federal and the state constitution, that makes sure that all of our rights and liberties are protected, and whether thats protecting us from federal encroachment, such as Obamacare, and making sure that the rule of law is upheld.”
Arizona already has an AG who does that.
At 51-49, the Dems would flip a GOP Senator with threats of... whatever. Then it’s 50-50, and the majority is gone once again. Then the GOP caves on rules changes to accomodate a majority-less Senate... SSDD
A couple of other states are in play, including Iowa.
That party is as much a threat to us as the rats. Crats and Rats, what`s the difference?
There's a good chance they'll lose one if not two; Michelle Nunn will clobber Paul Broun in Georgia and Alison Lundergan Grimes stands a chance at ousting Mitch McConnell in Kentucky.
