Where did you get that impression?

From what I've read online. Am I wrong?

I thought he hadn't paid normal fees going way back. Not true?

The story keeps changing, from “grazing fees” to “protecting” the desert tortoise (which the BLM has been euthanizing due to high numbers according to them). I always assume the feds are not telling the truth.

From what I gather, he has not paid.

However....

If his situation is similar to that faced by Wayne Hage in NV a few years ago, he is not required to.

But it took years in court, and a lot of bucks, for Hage to win his case....and the Gov't continues to appeal their loss and have not paid a dime of their $14 Million judgement.

Researching the situation has taught me much. My time spent on it has irritated my wife, but it has surely toughened my resolve for what must come.

It is well worth your time...look for interviews with Wayne Hage (deceased now) and lectures by Stephen Pratt on the Constitution and original intent. Lots of other sources, but those are a very good start.
