However....
If his situation is similar to that faced by Wayne Hage in NV a few years ago, he is not required to.
But it took years in court, and a lot of bucks, for Hage to win his case....and the Gov't continues to appeal their loss and have not paid a dime of their $14 Million judgement.
Researching the situation has taught me much. My time spent on it has irritated my wife, but it has surely toughened my resolve for what must come.
It is well worth your time...look for interviews with Wayne Hage (deceased now) and lectures by Stephen Pratt on the Constitution and original intent. Lots of other sources, but those are a very good start.
Now go look at what the .gov drones have done over on the Bundy Ranch Standoff wikipedia page and tell me that does not represent an entire staff of people putting up the Reid talking points. No mention of Harry Reid there. No mention of the appointment Kronze as the BLM head, which basically positions Reid as the potentate of the entire state of Nevada and possibly even the entire West. No mention of solar deals, barely a mention of tortoises or the abuse of and unnecessary slaughter of the cattle. That page represents your tax dollars at work to spin this their way. I noticed that they're now redirecting the page from "Bundy Ranch Standoff" to just "Bundy Standoff," meaning, they don't want to imply that it's his ranch.
