I had asked why Jesus didn't admit to Pilates that he was the Son of God, you posted those verses from John where Jesus says God is his father, and I responded that those verses are not from his trial but from an earlier scene talking to other Jews. Look at verses 22 and 23. That's not the trial. Pilates is not there.
