Well, yes, but ears is certainly nowhere near the top.
When asked about abortion and ears infamously quipped that it was above his pay grade, he was saying exactly what the situation in reality is.
His handler passes on directives as to what his policies and positions will be.
This isn’t surprising. What do Nazis, Muslims, and Obama (Communists) all have in common? Hatred of Jews (i.e. the real ones, from Israel, not the majority of self-hating US Jews who vote Democrat).
Hell, I wouldn’t been surprised if this was something Snowden leaked from the Obama White House.
The misery of Iraq and Afghanistan have made most Americans very leery of sending US troops to faraway places to take part in a “no white hats” war and come home in boxes or with missing limbs.
I am 1000% against any US involvement in Ukraine and environs.

I have to admit that I’m SURPRISED that people ON THIS SITE don’t understand Putin and how he’s been treating the Jews.
Do a bit of research - you will find that he is the most JEW-FRIENDLY leader that Russia or the Soviet Union has EVER had. Maybe people don’t like the way he takes care of business in his backyard, but Jews, at least in Russia, feel safe for the FIRST TIME in their lives.
