I am of the opinion that within 20 years, medical science and 3d printing will be able to build replacement hearts, kidneys, livers, and possibly pancreas and lungs as well. Eyes, ears and brain tissue may take longer.
I understand that we can already produce bone, muscle, tendon, skin, intestine and veins.
