Commodore Georgij Alafuzoff isn’t the head of EU intelligence, but I’m sure everyone knows that, just looking at the source, which is the Neo-Soviet propaganda broadcasters at Russia Today.

The key word is “large.”
Russia Today is a propaganda outlet of the Kremlin, totally under their control and direction. It’s shameful and stupid to even cite it for anything.
Why would the EU lie?
