If Sebelius Runs for Senate, isn't Milton Wolf better positioned to put Obamacare on trial?

Pat Roberts voted to confirm Sebelius.

As soon as Kathleen Sebelius resigned as Secretary of HHS, my first thought was, hmm, wonder if she’ll run for Senate in Kansas.

Apparently I’m not the only one thinking about that, Sebelius Said to Weigh Run for Kansas Senate Seat

In her darkest hour last fall, Kathleen Sebelius suffered one of the deepest cuts from an old family friend who accused her of “gross incompetence” over the rollout of the Affordable Care Act and demanded that she resign as secretary of health and human services. Now she is weighing revenge.

Ms. Sebelius is considering entreaties from Democrats who want her to run against that old friend, Senator Pat Roberts, Republican of Kansas.

Several Democrats said this week that Ms. Sebelius had been mentioned with growing frequency as someone who could wage a serious challenge to Mr. Roberts, 77, who is running for a fourth term and is considered vulnerable. One person who spoke directly to Ms. Sebelius said that she was thinking about it, but added that it was too soon to say how seriously she was taking the idea.

Pat Roberts voted to confirm Sebelius when nominated by Obama.

His turn on her clearly was with the Republican primary challenge from Dr. Milton Wolf in mind. Wolf has been a consistent and vigorous opponent of Obamacare and Sebelius.

Roberts and the Kansas Republican establishment are going all out to defeat the Wolf challenge.

But that may be foolish. Roberts is vulnerable for many reasons, not the least of which is that he doesn’t actually live in Kansas.

A Sebelius Senate run would put Obamacare squarely on the ballot. Wolf may be better positioned to meet that challenge than the guy who voted for Sebelius in the first place.

Milton Wolf is a disgrace. He will likely face criminal or civil charges come October, if he is our nominee. He violated more than a few laws by publishing x-rays of patients on Facebook.

I get it. You don’t like Milton Wolf.

Pat Roberts is 77 years old, has been in Washington since 1981, lives in Virginia, voted to confirm Sebelius, and will vote for McConnell for leader.

But Wolf posted some facebook photos of a patient’s brain and made jokes about it!! Hang him!!

Re: Wolf posting those pictures.

If I lived in Kansas, it would be a very serious issue, as I don't have much respect for most doctors to begin with. But as to the issue of would he be positioned to run against Sebelius? Well yes. What he did is not as awful as what Sebelius has done to the nation, and Pat Roberts has too many minuses to campaign effectively against her.

This basically an indication of how desperate KS RATS are. Pat Roberts is unbeatable, and Milton Wolf is a nut. KS newspaper editors and the leftist poly-sci teachers they use as “columnists”, however, will be thrilled if they get to worship Sebelius again.

They had literally nothing on the guy so they had somebody go over his facebook page with a fine toothed comb and found something slightly damning from four years ago. Was it in bad taste? Yes. Criminal? Hardly. Does it disqualify him for a Senate seat? Not at all.

People are wasting their pondering. Sibelius isn't running for anything.

The idea that she might was just floated as a little part of the larger effort to pretend that Obamacare has been a screaming success.

Next look for news about other countries seeking information from the US on how to build their own version of Obamacare. Then some articles about the coming congressional debate about how best to spend the coming "Obamacare surplus".

It's all kabullshit.

I can’t for the life of me imagine what Sebelius is thinking.

Shouldn’t she be hiding in shame?
